One aside for you, separate from the topic at hand...you always seem to morph into a massive jerk when you perceive the slightest knowledge advantage ... I emphasize "perceive", since you have been exaggerating wildly or leaving facts out with every post. 1. I think my previous post suggests that I have NOT exaggerated at all. It is a massive problem, and for whatever reason, you can't see it. If anyone is misstating anything, it is you; the GAO figures are not inconsistent with my claims. 2. I don't claim to be a pensions expert. I AM, however, an expert on the subject of accounting principles, and can see the deficiency in the accounting which has resulted in mass confusion as to the reporting. It is, unfortunately, a result of governmental accounting being what it is. 3. I don't know about "morphing into a jerk" -- AFAIK, pretty much all of you think I'm a jerk anyway, which is fine with me.
