Every liberal makes that argument though. And many people buy into it. Just had a discussion with the FIL who has bought the line hook line and sinker. He said we drilled our way into this problem, we can't drill our way out. Bet you've heard that one before. I asked him to explain to me how we drilled our way into this problem and the disconnect with reality is frightening. I said we didn't drill our way into a shortage, we didn't drill, that's the problem. He just couldn't quite wrap his mind around it. He also can't wait for the empty O because we need change. I guess we need the stock market crashing, high unemployment and in general the shit hitting the fan because the last 8 years have been pretty good. God help us.
