GE looking at GE in toto, I still don't see attractiveness. Balance sheet looks ugly, margins look pretty blah, cash flows show them spending a lot of money not clear on what. There are segments of their business that are clearly attractive, but the unattractive segments weigh the whole thing down. Of course, if they manage to sell off the bad segments profitably or turn them around, then it may be another question. I am too lazy to do a valuation based on distinct parts, so I am willing admit that I may be totally wrong. Still, I will pass on GE again. Even if it drops below $20.
