Elmat, you are too defensive.My only argument is that Brazil will take longer to make further gains after the rapid gains it made after the stabilization of inflation and the real.They made an enormous credibility leap and further gains will take time and work.My next argument is that Brazilian interest rates are the highest in the world and that is why the real is strong.That is much more important for the Real value than Brazils exports.China exports more than Brazil ,is far more competitive,and has much sharper development polocies than Brazil but has a cheap currency.Why is a strong Real a sense of pride?The Chinese have been much sharper with their low value currency.Brazil is doing the USA's bidding in the currency wars Elmat I think Elroy has changed you.One of the most critical posts on Brazil was written by you about 2 years ago.I had to defend Brazil in that case.Take feedback it is good for you.Will Brazil maintain the highest interest rates in the world forever?If not the real is overvalued by 20-30%.In regards to klaser going only to Minas that is a low blow.I stayed in Rio 2 years ago and have probably spent more time in Brazil than you the last five, ten, fifteen years.Nationalism is an addiction,come up here and visit me again and I will work you through the withdraw.Peter the Great is the text we will work from.As for Elroy,its to late,he already tortured his son to death for the sake of the Nation State.
