Because the original point that remains is that Carter did not have an alternative energy program except conservation, "the cornerstone" of his energy policy. Of course, that's not true. Why are you lying? Huh? Carter said it himself ted. The sixth principle, and the cornerstone of our policy, is to reduce the demand through conservation. Doesn't surprise me though, all of you guys supporting a liar for president. Has lying become prolific in our educational system? It would explain a lot of things...
