Today's McCain moment....

politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com
"...In a statement criticizing Obama’s positions on the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, the organization claiming credit for the missile launches, McCain wrote, “This is the same organization that I voted to condemn as a terrorist organization when an amendment was on the floor of the United States Senate. Senator Obama refused to vote.”
The problem with the critique? McCain also missed that vote on the Kyl-Lieberman amendment on September 26, 2007. Records show that Obama was in New Hampshire and McCain was in New York instead of being in the Senate chamber for the vote in question...."

Great post zeta.

Almost no one knows that the plan the neo cons have been following since Reagan was to transfer as many government programs to the private sector. Even our military, over $150,000 private people in Iraq doing what the military used to do at exhorbitant wages e.g. food services.

No bid contracts to Haliburton. cheney received $30 million severence pay when he left haliburton. What do you think the $30 million was about??

The neo cons for 30 years have been taking apart the new deal. And people have sufffered and are about to suffer a lot more as our society devolves into hyperinflationary stagflation.

cheers,
