Look at the price of the major oil companies. Once again, all the shit bag analysts underestimated all the losses from their refinery production. CVX is getting crushed as a result of the losses from their refinery production. The flight to oil quality is not going to work in refiners or major oil companies. The only place with direct correlation is the oil and exploration companies. I think the oil service stocks are very expensive relative to the rest of the market too.

Hoye has a better track history on calls than many others, but so many have called for tops & reversals for years that I'm leery even though it does fit with my overall expectations. The gold//oil ratio is way out of its normal range.

I don't trade energy though so my opinion isn't worth much.
