Why aren't they exploring there before asking for more??? Ask them - why do they want to explore someplace else? What's the harm in selling them leases they'll never use according to your thinking. when do those leases expire as you say they will? Every 10 years. And how much do you think is left? 30...50....100...500 years??? Long enough to develop an alternative fleet of cars and home heating. Then enough to power aircraft and plastics for as long as we need them Including oil shales in the future probably 500+.
