Nationalization is the logical outcome. Only governments will hold the long term. Anything that requires long term capital allocation is going to be hold by government.

Private money loves the return in ANY sector. Hates the time it takes to get it.

Housing market will be nationalized.

Government love the high returns and like to own assets like oil companies. That's why oil compnaies are government enterprises.
