Set up the website and they will come. Same type of organization already occurred in PA. A group of citizens organized pacleansweep in order to dislodge long entrenched members of the legislature who voted themselves a humungous payraise at 2AM. Their website registered tens of thousands of members within days of it's creation. People are waiting for a genuine leader to organize an online grassroots effort to vote out as many liberal members of congress as possible.
