This coming from the party that, between Reagan and Bush Jr, is responsible for 90% of our ~$10 trillion national debt. Give me a break.

Republicans have no standing when it comes to fiscal responsibility. That lie has been exposed. In fact, if I had to point to any one reason for why I stopped voting for Republicans starting in 2004, after 45+ years of my voting straight ticket Republican, I'd say it is their lack of fiscal responsibility that made me vote Democrat.

Of course, that's not the only reason. Bush Jr would make a Democrat out of most Republicans, because he's such a disgrace.

Wrong about Social Security for instance? So you'd rather retired Americans not have any safety net? So they can either starve if they run into hard times or have to move in with their kids? What a crock of crap. Social Security is the most successful program in this country's history. So what does the rightwing want to do? Loot it, rob it, fleece it then do away with it. Just ask Rush Limbaugh.
