Divine right of kings = executive privilege. We fought revolutions to get rid ot that. You authoritarian fascists want to bring it back.

Actually what I said was the USSC codified what was a nebulous term with respect to American jurisprudence. The Constitution didn't mention it because the Founding Fathers didn't really want the executive to have that sort of power. Again, read "The Federalist Papers", particularly the one from Hamilton to the people of New York about the powers and limitation of the presidency. And Hamilton was the one advocating the strongest concept of the presidency amongst the framers.
