i was conversing with buddy with the ranches in utah, hawaii and the pearl farm in the philippines over skype, discussing the big and small pictures

we figured hk is good place for physical hoard as of now

forget utah, except as a gushing oil cow to be siphoned

maybe arrange to have converted and glorified steel container houses put up in compound style along with wind/solar farm on maui or molokai or both ranches when it is time, after the crossing of the event horizon but before the final destination of singularity

the pearl farm may come in handy, but would require the funding of a village militia brigade comprised of retired soldiers, and well armed

the usual weapons common to ordinary citizens will not do

we noted that folks have not discounted at all the social upheaval (aka chaos) that would go with a zimbabwe then argentine path through the dark interregnum

basically one would want to be in places that remain wealthy, but isolated from the riff raff

According to Blazenzim he's only on his "mountain ranch" for a little while in the summer. The rest of the year, apparently he leaves all his gold and ammo up there... I guess there is a "ranch manager" to look after things the rest of the year...
