I'm confident that we can reduce our presence in Iraq without major repercussions now. You can probably thank Bush for that, though most Americans are probably saying, "No thanks for getting us into the Iraq mess in the first place."

I'm less confident that Obama has the will to duke it out against the Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan. There's one place he could screw up.

As for taxes, the economy, health care, and energy, I'm pretty sure the mistakes Obama will make will be policy-based, not based on poor execution. Even then, he could screw up the execution of some really bad ideas to begin with.
