Yes, America needs to stand up against rightwing traitors who continue to lie and try to perpetrate more criminal corruption. Absolutely. You're not a patriot if you don't fight those who want to do more harm to our country. And clearly, these major rightwing priorities ALL do the USA major harm: 1) corporate deregulation to the moon in exchange for large campaign contributions (resulting in gas gouging, sub-prime mess, lost homes, financial catastrophe) 2) short-term greed and anti environmental thinking on energy and other abuse of resources, doing nothing on clean fuels, pushing oil, coal and nuclear only. 3) extending the unsustainable terrible waste of money and lives in Iraq. 4) chipping away at the US Constitution and taking away our civil liberties and privacy rights 5) refusing to tax the rich and big corporations draining our country and massing huge mountains of debt 6) attacks on the free press, making sure the media is owned by huge multi-national companies, being afraid to take on political corruption 7) corrupt politicians snubbing their noses at subpeonas 8) massive election fraud and dishonest smear campaigns instead of honest debates and fair elections 9) over-stretching our military to the breaking point, then screwing over vets when they come home damaged goods 10) Letting Bin Laden go free and trying to fan the flames of a "World War III" with no hope of anyone winning such a war. 11) Refusing to talk to our enemies and making more enemies as a result 12) Printing cheaper and cheaper dollars 13) Out-sourcing our manufacturing jobs and giving tax breaks to companies which do so 14) Laying off rich tax cheats 15) laying off corrupt crony corporations like Halliburton and Blackwater 16) Backing the HMO's and drug companies which take 35% of our health care dollars in profit and overhead and reward employees for denying health care to the sick. And the biggie, the biggest of all, wanting to privatize (ie loot) Social Security and remove the safety net for retired Americans
