As we both know, he needs Congressional support to make it meaningful. As we both know, he has to lift the executive order to make any congressional action meaningful. Come on man, Bush and the rest of you Reps are screeching "Drill Drill Drill" and yet he won't lift the executive order banning drilling in the OCS. You have no business criticiing the Democrats (especially since the Reps have been just as involved in te drilling ban). BTW, what do you think of the argument that we should preserve our oil because it's an increasingly precious resource, and will be worth more later than now? That as long as we can buy it, and keep our own, we should do it? Just curious.
