I understand. I am - as usual in an election year - keying in on the worst evil and most concerned with opposing it.

The conservative movement needs better leadership - someone with Reagan's or even Gingrich's vision. We haven't had that with either President Bush and we won't with McCain, though they are all good men.

I listened to a blurb of McCain disassociating himself with Gramm and had to sigh. To me this election like pretty much all I can remember is about preventing the worst man from getting into office.

I consider McCains' stance on ANWR and Cap and Trade to be plain and simple STUPID! How can I vote for someone I believe is STUPID. Ah but Obama is STUPID and worse.

McCain sold out to the environmental liberal crowd. His stand on ANWR just galls me. I don't see any logic to it given our current oil situation. He may as well be Schummer from New York.

He has repeatedly defended his view that the States should have final say on drilling. I concur fully. Hey, Senator, how about beginning with Alaska???
