Yo,

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Elgindy will be locked up until 2013, that is the full sentencing of 11 years he got (Not sure if the Federal prison systems release inmates early for good behavior).

Tony is also appealing to have his convictions overturn. Last I heard, it was scheduled for late June 2008. Not sure about the outcome of the appeal, but since there is no news, I think it got moved again to a later date.
