Vinter, I world in government off and on for 30 years. I know how it works. I can write a flawless opology for a governor-lol. Point being, Department heads and presdents spend most of their time reacting. Some peopel a rebetter at figuring out things than others. Bush can barely tie his shoes. What bush had was a command of his red neck couture; and the ability to fool everyone else. but he never had an idea in his life that was sophisticated. As the problems are thrown at Obama, he and his wife will figure them out. As well, finally, giants like Joe Biden, al gore and Chris Dodd, summers and rubin and Krugman, will be able to engage their ideas. Their ideas make sense and will get things done like FDR did.
