Kind of a sad situation for Obama to be in. Having invested so much in the US defeat, he is caught, looking like a fool. My advice would be to stick to his original message of change and change the subject. This Op-Ed piece is a disaster, IMO. It is hard not to notice that Obama is full of shit. The strategy behind the Op-Ed piece is how to get over the fact and explain it away before November election. It is far better to look like a fool in July than in October Joe, you do so well when it comes to science and piecing together a good energy plan. With politics, not so much.
