Will be buying back SRS at much cheaper price today as well as initiating new position in DXD.

Why?

The next few quarters should be horrific as the consumer retracts, unemployment grows, and regional banks crash with no support from the gov't.

Hotels, malls, and all consumer sectors that depend on discretionary spending will not do well. Say hello to the heart of the bear, all exacerbated by lying statistics.
