That's right.....and its more than I want to spend. But there are also some tax incentives in the state so we'll see.

I know New York State has very generous subsidies for solar panels. I don't know about Washington State.

I still think in Seattle you should look into direct rain to energy conversion. Each raindrop has mass, and falling from the raincloud, has speed - together they represent energy that could be exploited. Someone just needs to figure out HOW.
