Because he's a symbol, I suppose, they undoubtedly will. No thought to whether he's shafting them.

however, those poor people will run to the polls to vote for him. That's the way the democrats like it, concentrate poverty in the projects and get people completely dependent on the gov't dole, then the slide into a rat and gang invested hell, with no hope of improvement.... A ready population of poor that when asked to do so will surely vote themselves a candidate that will start the whole cycle all over again... Meanwhile, the tax payer foots the bill and in an indirect way subsidizes the next democrat....
