"It seems the sentiment is that the damage is contained to financials." Right, the declines are "contained" - haven't we heard that phrase before? As if all the banks, brokerages, real estate business and other who use current technology, are all going to go out and replace their office computer system or buy another blackberry right now? While they're laying off thousands of employees every week? I guess we'll all find out if Tech is really immune to a US-led global recession.
