If you'll click back to my original posts, you'll see that I started out saying it was "interesting" but that most likely "no Court would ever have the guts to step into a minefield like this...." I even learned something I was only dimly aware of before... that the Zone was never made an incorporated part of the United States of America (just as GITMO has not been, nor Iraq, etc.)
