Wait till you see Barak. Carter 2. No, worse. Carter was much better prepared and he had actually done real jobs like be a naval officer and Governor of Georgia. I think Carter was smarter and more informed as well. His intelligence was just spoiled by his indecisiveness and incredible sanctimony. I don't think Obama has ever learned or done a job because to him, every job was just a stepping stone in the Ascent of Obama. He merely took pains not to fail too abjectly or make too many enemies.
