Iraq......War in Iraq where trillions have been squandered, thousands of good young Americans dead & tens of thousands wounded. Now the Iraq Govt. is telling us to leave so they can resolve their civil war. Oh Yes, where is Bin Laden? Economy....Millions more mfg. jobs lost. Trade deficit larger than ever. Trillions gone overseas to China. Major banks are failing. Millions of foreclosures. Told Freddie Mac & Fanny Mae need Govt. bailout .Bear Stearns imploded.. G.M. & Ford still don"t get it. Many 401 Ks are in crapper. What is the plan? Oil.....Consumers paying record prices for gasoline & heating oil. Still no comprehensive energy policy.Most energy efficient cars being imported. Health....Fda still runs amok. Coi reform never happened. Many life saving therapies shelved indefinitely.Congress & Courts refuse to address this & other National debacles. Give me an aspirin. Do not care if politicians are Republicans or Democrats. But a lemon is a lemon. Last 8 years full of lemons. Bush, Rumsfeld, Von e, M. Brown, C. Cox,.& many more. Banks, Main Streeters, Patients, all suffering from very bad leadership, Accountability? Anyone accepting any blame? Hopefully, soon this bunch of lemons will be gone. investorvillage.com
