perhaps CDMA 450-- much fewer cell towers ?? That would be a decent explanation, especially coupled with the comments about rural deployments, but honestly, I dont put much weight into the comments about cost. A 450Mhz rollout would be cheaper in terms of infrastructure but then we go back to increased handset costs. I think I would actually rather have CT roll out in the 800MHz band where there increased low-end handset purchases could fuel volumes that will help in places like India and Vietnam. Slacker
