Look at the euro. Its a huge problem. Look at southern Europe--they are in recession. If euro decline/dollar strength is a good thing, both sides must have a common policy on rates. Otherwise dollar will contine to fall and US will get out of recession as euros really hit the skids.

I don't know what you're saying. Both banks on either side of the Atlantic kept rates the same during the past month. Sounds like they are in sync with each other.
