4 3/4 15 year mortgage about 5 years ago. Best decision i have made in quite awhile. Being an optimist at heart, i am getting killed in the market.

Again, I repeat.....for the first time in 5 years, the amount of income I have each month is not enough to cover my expenses. Car and house payments have been consistent during that period. The change falls squarely on food and fuel. So then, for one of your fukkfaced pundits to claim people are not strained is a bit of hyperbole if not outright lying. So what's new?
