That is the whole point of being a CPC, in that they get to dibble and dabble with various properties and may come to some kind of deal in principle with a vendor. Only they know. So only the could reveal anything that might happen as it is their decision. As long as nobody knows what that is, it is fair game to mindlessly speculate about other matters, such as their stock price and support. Let me tell you this. I have no idea why anybody is buying the stock, or what properties Shield may get or have decided on. True. Really. I don't think they do either! And that is totally fair. When they do come to that decision they can announce it. Then you and I will both know and we can speculated to our hearts content as to the fuchure. As far as speccing or buying the stock, again it is a public matter and I think fair game. I don't believe any director can post about these matters, but mere shareholders or interested observers like myself are totally Ok to randomly look at it. Insiders are people that are directors, officers, and I believe anyone with a majority control position, who is so named by the stock exchange. Other than that, all others are "out of the loop". There is what you know, and what you think you may know. So far no one has anything but suspicions and I don't believe they have any right to be more than that. As far as what you and I know in truth, I would say that is squat. As far as what we suspect, I believe that is also worth what we paid for it :) Let's get the roles straight. You are an investor. I am a prospector and analyst. I have no shares of Shield nor do I plant to acquire any by any means. Shield and its directors are a company. They are all separate entities with separate roles. So far as I am aware church and state have not crossed paths. EC<:-}
