The stimulus bill was an ill-advised band-aid that borrowed money from future generations to give to current low and middle income taxpayers. Notwithstanding that, the whole idea of a "stimulus" check is to put it back into the economy by buying things like earrings. Thus Mrs. Obama sounds like a moron.

Michelle's ability to open mouth and insert foot is a gift that just keeps giving. Keep talking, Michelle. First she complained about the student loans and the dance lessons for the children----now she's complaining that the $600.00 distributed this year will only buy a $600.00 pair of earrings. For a poor family of four in Washington D.C. of which there are many-------$600.00 pays for at least a months supply of groceries and slightly more for a family who knows how to conserve. For a college or University student------ the $300.00 or $600.00 (if married) pays for a payment or two on their student loan if they have one--or, pays for the necessary clothes, not earrings, to do those job interviews. No Gratitude. NO OBAMA
