td-scdma should be merged into Q's UMB 4G

I have no idea if China's td-scdma could even offer a "fig leaf" of technology for UMB ... but if Qualcomm could find a way to work a few patents into UMB, and maybe rename it 'Sino-CDMA', I am sure China would see a way to helping UMB get a jump on WiMAX and LTE.

Let's hope QCOM is wise enough not to fix TD-SCDMA's problems.

because... what? Qualcomm's royalty bearing standards can't compete? Because you'd enjoy seeing the collective Chinese ass kicked? Good luck with that.

Qualcomm is pretty wise and is way beyond zero sum. Too bad the offer to help was rejected.
