Sorry Robin, but the principle is right. I'm a futures trader, in which you enter a trade either by selling or buying. No uptick rules in the futures, and those markets work well.

IMHO, stocks have always been an insiders game. During the bull run no one bitched about the uptick rule. only now do they bitch.

Same thing with speculators in the Oil market. They want to get rid of speculators there. But what of the naked short sellers. They would love then there...LOL

Hang in there w/the juniors, at some time if you have the right one they will go.......
