Yes a horror show in real terms for most assets in recent years and the margin calls in recent days do feel like the worst of Oct 2002 and March 2003 double bottom. Now they will whine on the boob tube as home prices finally fall in our major media markets (Manhattan and Malibu<g>)the last dominoes to fall along with commercial RE now breaking down too.
