With Congress' public approval at a subterranean 9% and falling, the speaker must be starting to realize that November may not be the Democratic cakewalk that pundits predict.

I don't think it's possible to over emphasize the point that energy can be the winning issue for the GOP this fall.

The party needs to present a united front and hammer the point home to the public, again and again, that the Democrats remain wedded to the elitist liberal econuts who remain committed to forever locking up the energy resources that this country so desperately needs to keep our economy going.

Edit: This issue is the one that can split working class Reagan Dems from their Democrat "leaders". It's a big fat slow pitched softball, right there for the GOP to slam out of the park, if they swing the bat hard enough...
