Now, they pop up in the media every once in a while and the FNC heads try to pretend that they found proof that Saddam had an ongoing WMD program that justified the war.

IMO all of the UN violations, especially the constant firing of missiles and guns on US aircraft was enough to justify the war. That said we did enter it prematurely, we should have waited till Saddam was bolder, or actually started rebuilding WMD's. Which he would have done.
