The Republican majority Senate found Clinton not guilty of perjury (Grand Jury testimony) by a vote of 55-45.

Only in your "lie whenever i feel like it" right wing scumbag universe does being found not guilty in an impeachment trial mean the person is guilty.

Furthermore Ken Starr and Robert Ray (actual prosecutors) looked into the matter for several years, spending thousands of man hours and over 40 million dollars.

Zero charges were filed against Clinton. Zero. The Senate found him not guilty and the special prosecutors filed no charges against him.

An honest, intelligent person with at least a little integrity would draw the same conclusion from that as they do from Patrick Fitzgerald filing no charges in the outing of Valerie Plame.

Wouldn't they?
