Clinton did indeed have a lot to do with oil prices. Every president does. Especially Bush-Cheney who are totally in bed with big oil and OPEC. And remember GW Bush's infamous promise in 2000 "I will use my expertise in the oil field to jawbone OPEC and bring down oil prices", falsely stating Clinton "had no energy policy" but Bush-Cheney did. Oh yeah, they had a policy all right, to steal trillions from us all, pollute our environment, go to war over oil, destroy our military and lie about the whole thing.
