We need to resolve short term critical situation this economy is in before we can resolve long term. I dont know who is more right, you or john but i do know this economy cant take $5 or $6 gas which John seems to think is our deserved fate because of the mistakes of the past 8 years. So either we pay penance for those sins, or figure out a way to get the goose back on track in the short run and then commit to a long term solution that will make john happy. Penance isnt an option imho. We will be in full depression and deflation before you can say ......
