Phil Gramm deserves capital punishment. He was involved in the Enron scam, then once they feel, he went onto bigger more corrupt things, like helping to rig and deregulate the banking and real estate market for Bush-Cheney to create a short-term bubble then a devastating collapse. Same as Enron. This kind of Reagan-Bush-Cheney-Gramm supply side deregulation crap has been a huge proven failure and can never be repeated again. It gives us a short-term sugar high then many years of recession and mountains of deficits. Meanwhile, the top operators make off with billions.
