I do believe though that Tylenol overdoses cause more deaths each year (liver failures) then any other single drug.

The dose that is toxic ('destroys') the liver is just a few times ('four or five times', if memory serves) the commonly recommended dosage... and it negatively interacts with alcohol, bringing down the toxic dose even lower.
