Everyone who happens to see it. Yup, Dick is brilliant. Too bad his brilliance is masked by his complete lack of a brain. He is clueless as to how scientific polling is done, and doesn't seem to mind showing the world just how clueless he is. Let's say you conduct a poll. You call 1,000 people randomly. Your bad luck: you forgot today was Game 7 of the World Series. Of the 1,000 people reached who will talk to you, 800 are women. When you publish your results, you're astonished to find that the national trends have shifted. Now, suddenly, women's issues are much more important than they were before your poll. Wow! You're the first to find this new trend! That's polling according to Ole Dick. Science be damned!
