The way I see it is that I am watching with the naked eye and brain prices rise everywhere and people struggling with high oil prices.

So how can gold go down if inflation is just now "jumping out of the box". This oil rise happened so fast it is just no really starting to hurt; and has just wreaked havoc on business. Fishermen cannot fish. Maybe ocean fish will make a comeback if no one can go get them-lol.

And everyone is really scared and where does one go except gold? What is safe?

People ask me all the time where to put their money and I say, I do not know what will happen and the only really safe thing I can think of is gold, or a Canadian bank account.

Look at all the blue chip companies that are getting slaughtered. Lehman bros, etc.
