Lindy, they probably don't use market principles, so don't extract maximum value: <We should call in the Chinese. They are experts at this.> Also, their system is probably full of fraud, and allocations to buddies of the powerful. Not to mention that some of the processes are perhaps to cover up something that somebody doesn't want known. And that the idea of "criminal" in China includes people who think Hu Jintao isn't Go-. They shoot people escaping from Tibet, just like the East Germans would shoot people escaping the USSR system. Mqurice
