The Euros and the rest of the UN backs up the World Court. The "Lilliputians," the rest of the world, wants to tie down our "Gulliver."

The World Court can arrest people who are not in the USA and haul them off to Den Hague to be tried in perpetuity, or until the supply of funds for lawyers runs out, or until the person on trial dies, whichever comes first. They did it with Milosevic and that generated a LOT of cash flow.

Since people are worried more about themselves, it's quite good enforcement.
