Sometimes I think the "majority" of Americans couldn't even tell you when Vietnam was fought.

How do you "define" victory in a War like Vietnam. During Tet we probably got five of theirs for every one of ours that they got, but did it move us appreciably closer to victory?

The Chinese had a seemingly "unending" supply of troops they could keep sending over the border, just like they did in Korea. How many more American kids were we willing to "sacrifice" in Vietnam so we could end up with another stalemate like Korea?

WWII was a Black/White issue and we HAD to throw everything we had into it, but every war since then has had a lot more shades of gray.
