Much of that land has not been tested yet. Some has oil that is presently to expensive to recover. The oil lease doen't negate use of that land for other purpose's so I see no need to take the oil lease away.

"Use it or lose it" is already the law.

How many years? If you have such urgency about OCS drilling I would think you would support a shorter time period and heavy pressure on the oil companies.
