During the Clinton Administration the U.S. was STILL trying to follow International Law to some extent, so they didn't want to DESTROY the reputation of the U.S. in the eyes of the rest of the World. During the current MORON Administration they don't care about the reputation of MY Country, so they just go about things arrogantly without regard to the Trillions of dollars lost and the damage done. WE have spent a TRILLION dollars since 2001 and Osama is still out there along with most of his key people and all we've accomplished is to turn Iraq from a Sunni stronghold that was a great buffer against Iran into a Shiite stronghold that welcomes Iran's leaders as friends.
