Geoff You did not mis speak-----we are on the same page here. "That's the point I was getting around to, albeit slowly. Who is going to kill these bureaucratic behemoths?" Maybe when their computer systems become obsolete and some members of Congress finally decide to defang them. Certainly if Obama is elected the expansion will continue. Gradually ,the word is getting out on Obama----people who 6 months thought he was interesting and a maybe are now convinced he has no clue about how to be President of the USA. One doesn't even have to attack Obama personally----he's doing a good job of providing the fodder. Just need to get that out to the voters. And, get the voters to the polls or be sure they vote absentee. mj
